Shipping policy

Processing times

Most orders ship within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Pre-orders or items noted on the product page may take longer.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service.

  • Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $100.

Carriers & tracking

We ship from Venice, CA (USA) using major carriers. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping destinations

  • United States: All states and territories. PO Boxes are supported for USPS services.

  • International: We ship to most countries. If your location isn’t available at checkout, email hello@maggiemoonstudio.com.

Duties, taxes & import fees (international orders)

Import duties, VAT/GST and handling fees are charged by your local customs/carrier and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict these costs or control customs delays.

Address changes & order edits

If you need to change the delivery address or cancel an order, contact hello@maggiemoonstudio.com immediately. We’ll do our best, but we can’t make changes after the order has been processed.

Delivery issues

  • Marked delivered but not received: Please wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbours/building management, and then contact us.

  • Lost or severely delayed shipments: We’ll open a carrier investigation. Once completed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Damaged items: Email photos of the packaging and item to hello@maggiemoonstudio.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Failed delivery / return to sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item price minus the original shipping cost once it arrives back in good order.

Restricted items

Some products (e.g., aerosols or flammable liquids) must ship by ground and can’t be sent to PO Boxes or by air to certain destinations. Any such limits will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Risk of loss

Title and risk pass to you when we hand your parcel to the carrier.
